Healthcare Law
Health care looms as the primary social issue in this country. In a single generation, health care moved to a significant segment of Americas gross national product (over 20%) while traditional access to care has become limited by restrictions imposed by payer sources and laws. This course will be an overview of the health care industry and the laws that impact the industry as well as social policy decisions in place and yet to be made about who gets care and who pays for that care
