Chinese Business Law
This course is an introduction to business law of the Peoples Republic of China. The course focuses on developing the students understanding of Chinas approach to contract law and tort law and, where time allows, intellectual property law. Students will also develop their ability to read primary legal materials in Mandarin Chinese
