Tax - Business Organizations and Business Planning

The course explores the various tax and business issues transactional lawyers confront in the life cycle of a business. To that end, the course will study the tax consequences that flow from transactions between a corporation and its shareholders and between a partnership and its partners during the life cycle of the business.
