Organizational Leadership Capstone

This course is the culminating learning experience for the organizational leadership program. Students investigate and analyze current trends and research in leadership and organizational dynamics to refine their understanding of leadership for todays organizations and to prepare to adapt for the future. Critical and creative thinking skills will be emphasized, in addition to lifelong learning and development for leaders and the role of learning, creativity, innovation, and change in the development and sustainability of organizations
