Collaboration Software and Systems
Groups and teams are used in todays business environment to implement and accomplish most if not all business activities. The business environment uses groupware tools and techniques to organize and accomplish these activities. This course is designed to introduce students to those tools and techniques at the graduate level; and further, to have students demonstrate the ability to analyze and automate a team based workflow process
