Global Supply Chain Analytics
Course will familiarize students with managerial performance strategies, metrics and risk management tools needed to make decisions in designing and operating global supply chains. Financial metrics related to revenue management, cost-effectiveness and a variety of modeling tools for analysis will be highlighted
