Nutrition & Chronic Disease Management
This course will focus on obesity, CVD, diabetes, CKD, cancer, and pulmonary disease, with each disease process being discussed to understand key nutrient deficiencies in the disease process and medical nutrition therapy to manage the disease. Chronic disease prevention through the use of nutritional interventions will also be emphasized. If Repeatable, Max. Credits: 3
