Global and Community Nutrition
This course will provide students with an overview of epidemiology and population based health. This course will focus on understanding the socio-cultural determinants of health as they relate to nutrition. Readings and discussions will emphasize local and global food systems, health inequity, and public policies impacting food and nutrition. If Repeatable, Max. Credits: 3
