A study of categorical variables and their analyses. Topics include: 2- way contingency tables; difference in proportions; marginal and conditional probabilities; independence; chi-square tests; relative risks and odds ratios; Simpsons paradox; logistic regression; Poisson regression; use of advanced statistical software (such as R, SAS).
