History of World Civilizations to 1500
This course surveys world history to 1500 with an emphasis on the dynamic interaction of cultures and peoples. The course will emphasize the role of social, political, economic, cultural, and intellectual forces as they shape the major world civilizations. It will also focus on the legacy of these civilizations and their contributions to our present cultures. (C-ID HIST 150)
