Fitness and Weight Management

This course is designed for students who wish to assess and improve physical fitness levels and encourage a healthy attitude toward body image and weight control. Students receive instruction concerning the theories and practical activities involved in obtaining and maintain- ing an appropriate level of physical fitness. This course was formerly known as FITNS 350.
