Introduction to Spanish American Literature
This course introduces students to Latin American literature and explores the relationship between Latin American literary movements and trends and historical periods. Different types of genres will be ana- lyzed. Text selections will be read in their original Spanish language. Class presentations and discussions will be in Spanish as well.
