This course involves sport specific training, conditioning, and techni- cal skill development specific to the sport of cross country for the off-season student athlete. Course content includes: sport specific skill development, event specific strength training, cardiovascular condi- tioning, agility training, plyometric drills, anaerobic speed development, and enhancement of flexibility. This course may be taken up to four times for credit.
