Very Strict – Samford is a private school with no drinking or drugs allowed.

I have enough scholarships and government grants to cover 3/4 of the total cost of attendance, not including loans. lose, Relatively Cheap Apartment – Birmingham has a good selection of apartments, and there are a couple very near Samford's campus with reasonable pricing.

The campus is beautiful and not very modern. Living there really helps with getting to know people, and the food court and caf are great.

I'm big on being greek in college, but greek life is terrible at Samford. There are some buildings that are nice and some that are really gross.

Samford University is the perfect place for any student. It is a school where the teachers respect and value you and that affects how they interact with the students. My academics have been challenging but very rewarding.

Samford is amazing, the campus is great and surrounding community makes it even better. I am a part of greek life and one thing I love about it here at Samford is that it doesn't have to be the only thing you are known for on campus. I love the community at Samford.

Samford is a wonderful school with excellent educational programs. If I could change one thing about it, it would be the diversity.

I Had high expectations, but wasn't too satisfied. Residence life charges much more than seems fair for what you get in the dorms. Samford is way too uptight about no alcohol on campus.

Samford is a very friendly college. It is a community of loving and caring faculty as well as nice students. Growing up in a christian home, I chose a school that would push me to grow closer to God as I earn my degree.
