The work load is very manageable. The teachers try to teach real world knowledge. I like the friendly environment where all the professors are very helpful and dedicate to help me which whatever I need. There is a small thing I would like to see an improvement which is the bookstore. It is quite small and sometimes doesn't have the books for my classes.

San Jose City College is a prime and promising institution in terms of academics and integrating the rise of technology and artificial intelligence into it's overall theme and curriculum. I like the friendly environment where all the professors are very helpful and dedicate to help me which whatever I need. In particular, I'd like to point out the award-winning college newspaper, City College Times, is an innovative, interactive print and digital paper that has a great staff and advisor. However, there are some things SJCC could improve upon, such as their financial aid office. There are always long wait durations, no phone services, and the staff at the front desk is unwelcoming to most inquiries regarding the financial aid process. Also there are no dorms on campus and taking into consideration the vast abundance of international students who study here, this should really be a priority. Other than that, San Jose City College is a promising 2-year college that I believe will advance in the coming years.

I’ve had a good experience here at SJCC. The science and english departments are amazing. My professors seemed to care. The campus is neat, especially the Science Complex building. The clubs need work.

San Jose city college is a great diversity school. People there are always friendly and excited to help out each other and wanting to help with transfers its like a little community. Something that can change would be making a soccer team for the school. The college has great program for different categories. It’s has many learning center to help with student who are having a difficult time with their class. The counselor really show moral support and make it easy with setting up your future plan. It’s a great school to attend!
