GAD 300

3D Character Animation and Rigging

In this course, learners will develop a critical understanding of the techniques and skills necessary for creating animated performances that reflect believable human movement governed by the twelve principles of animation. Learners will design a performance based on examinations of actual human movements as well as professional examples from the world of digital games and animation. They will also apply appropriate rigging techniques and animation principles to characters to produce an animated 3D performance.
