This course will develop the students' ability to analyze social media data to evaluate a companys efforts and provide informed decisions to the company. Intensive skill building will be placed on defining social media metrics, capturing social media data, and analyze social media data to provide informed decisions. Students will examine privacy concerns and ethical implications for capturing users data. Students will have hands on experience with social media analytical tools and become certified in one of the tools.
