Decision Making: Employee Involvement and Ownership
This course focuses on the fundamental concepts of employee decision-making, involvement and ownership. Students will learn how organizations and management empower employees to make effective judgments and ethical decisions. How delegation and trust can lead to ownership, rights and responsibilities of employees.
