YMCA Management
This course is a study of present-day management concepts and practices, program development, and planning objectives for the administration and operation of the YMCA. Management models of selected YMCAs are studied. Methods and strategies pertinent to the continuation and implementation of YMCAs and other agencies are explored. Recommended for students planning a career with the YMCA
