Distributed Operating Systems
Computer operating systems that run on multiple, independent central processing units but appear to the user as an ordinary centralized operating system. Principles, design, and implementation of distributed operating systems, including network technologies, synchronization, distributed resource management, distrbuted process management, security, and distributed file systems.
