Womens Health and Perinatal Nursing
This course focuses on concepts of professional nursing care of women in their childbearing years and their families. This course encompasses knowledge of growth and development, culture, family, and pathophysiology from the natural and social sciences, and liberal arts in assessing, implementing, and evaluating the health needs of these populations.
