×San Marcos, Texas•
I really love Texas State so far as a Freshman of this school! The campus is overall beautiful. There are many chances to join groups around campus that ranges between sororities to church groups. The recreational center is up to date and has many activities like an indoor track, swimming pool, and weight lifting equipment. There is a river that runs though campus and many chances to stay active.

The campus is great, I loved being able to enjoy time outdoors in between classes. Texas State is a good University with amazing academics and a diverse community in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Texas State has been an excellent college to work with. I have been here for a year, and I enjoy being here. The safety for women is not the best, the food sometimes sucks, and the sports are not all that great, but a majority of the academic programs are above average, and campus life is not that bad. Texas state has plenty of clubs to join and events to attend. If you cannot afford to do those activities, Texas state has multiple orgs that do not require membership who hold free, fun events for other students to attend. All the dorms are not great, but I stayed in a newer one, so my experience was good.

I love Texas State. I like the Campus most of all, it is compact, clean, and well designed. I really love it, its jst so expensive for me and sometimes I feel unsafe in San Marcos.
