Genome Hunters

Hands-on, project-based introduction to modern computational and bioinformatics analyses using genome sequence data generated in course 023A. Genome sequence assembly and alignment, genome annotation, and genetic correlates of behavior. Additional topics may include scientific and societal implications of the availability and usage of genome information and genome manipulation, and real-life applications of genome analysis.
