Transitional Justice and Memory Politics in the Asia-Pacific
Transitional justice (legal responses to wrongdoings of repressive predecessor regimes) can help resolve “memory politics” that plague the relations and societies of many Asia-Pacific states. Together we will examine relevant roles of governments, novel institutions, the judiciary, and civil society.
