Writing of a law review article under the editorial supervision of editors of the UC Davis Law Review. Office hours (including but not limited to Bluebooking and cite-checking) are required. 1 or 2 units. May be repeated for credit. In the spring semester, credit is obtained only upon achieving status as a member of the UC Davis Law Review, which requires that the student has made substantial progress towards completing an editorship article; credit is awarded only after certification by the editor in chief and approval of the faculty advisors; one unit of credit is earned the first semester; two units are earned the second semester upon nomination and acceptance of nomination to the Editorial Board; one unit is earned second semester if only a membership draft and office hours are completed. (S/U grading only.)
