You Are What You Eat: Food as Communication
Because food provides a communication channel for much of who we are as individuals, as a community and as a society this course analyzes food as a form of communication. Restriction: Restricted to Graduate and Graduate Non-Degree majors. Undergraduates with senior standing may enroll with Permission of instructor. Cross-listed with COMM 4601.
