Environmental and Hazards Law

This course provides a broad overview of issues in all hazards management as well as natural resource and environmental health law. It will convey knowledge of the statutes, regulations and court decisions governing the management of hazards by governmental agencies. The course will also cover aspects of environmental policy implementation and enforcement including the legal aspects of natural resource allocation and management and environmental protection. Restrictions: Restricted to Graduate and Graduate Non-Degree majors within CU Denver. Cross-listed with PUAD 5644.
