Provides a field-based overview of current practices in local agricultural production. Emphasis will be placed on sustainable practices and their most efficient situation, Special consideration will be given to plausible solutions for food insecure communities both local and global. Note: this course assumes that students have completed ENVS 5450 and 5460. Cross-listed with GEOG 4470.
