Pre-Columbian Art
A lecture course on the art and architecture of Mesoamerica and the Andes before the Spanish conquest. Through visual analysis, vocabulary acquisition, discussion, exams, and writing assignments, students will demonstrate knowledge of historical developments and an ability to analyze the art. Restriction: All other students must be at junior- or senior-level standing. Cross-listed with FINE 5610.
