Baroque and Rococo Art
A lecture course on Italy, Spain, France, England, and the Netherlands during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Through visual analysis, vocabulary acquisition, discussion, exams and writing assignments, students will demonstrate knowledge of historical developments and an ability to analyze the art. Restriction: All other students must be at junior- or senior-level standing.
