Business Firm Valuation

In this class, students will learn two valuation techniques, fundamental valuation and relative valuation, to value a business. These techniques are useful in such situations as valuing firms for mergers and acquisitions and valuing stocks for investment purposes. Some of the topics included are valuation of start-up firms, valuation of privately held firms, and valuation of firms with negative earnings
