This course has four principal aims: (1) to provide students a working knowledge of research methodology as applied to field research efforts; (2) to enable students to apply research methodologies to areas of particular interest in the health and behavioral sciences; (3) to expose students to data manipulation techniques common to social science quantitative research; and (4) to teach basic research proposal development techniques
