ISMG 4400

Web Application Development

Course covers fundamental programming concepts including data structures, networked application program interfaces, server-side programming and databases, using the PHP and/or Python programming languages. This course will show how one can treat the Internet as a source of data. We will retrieve, process and visualize data using web APIs. We will also use of server-side programs to develop database driven web sites and applications. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate Business majors at a junior standing or higher.
