Methods and analysis of techniques used to resolve continuous mathematical problems on the computer. Solution of linear and nonlinear equations, interpolation and integration. Note: This course assumes that students have the equivalent of differential and integral calculus (e.g., MATH 2411) and linear algebra (e.g., MATH 3191 or 3195).
