Managing Individuals and Teams

Focuses on helping students understand how to manage individuals and groups effectively. Students are encouraged to know themselves better and how their behavior affects how they deal with organizational situations; they also learn how individuals differ and how to design, manage and work in a team. This is a business core course therefore a grade of a c or better must be earned to satisfy graduation requirements. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate students at a junior standing or higher.
