Course covers real and personal property law, including ownership, title, landlord/tenant, easements, environmental law, and zoning. Emerging issues in intellectual property are also reviewed, including U. S. law and international treaties and agreements. Negotiation techniques through role-playing are emphasized. NOTE: This course is an elective course and my not be used to fulfill the CORE BLAW 3050 course. Meets concurrently with BLAW 4140. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate Business majors with junior standing or higher.
