Law & Negotation in the Sports and Entertainment Industry

This course provides an overview of major legal issues in the sports and entertainment industries. Students develop the skills required to negotiate contracts in these industries. Topics include contracts, copyright, trademark, employment and tort law principles relevant in the sports and entertainment fields. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate Business majors at a junior standing or higher.
