Methods in Skeletal Forensics - WR

This course trains students in the methods for documenting and preparing a skeletal forensics analysis report. Students will analyze a set of skeletal remains of an "unknown" individual or individuals, catalog and enter each element into a database for analysis, analyze the results, and write a report of the unknown individual(s) including species, age, ancestry, stature, sex and any trauma or pathologies present. Students will produce a documented report of the remains that could be entered as evidence and stand scrutiny of a court or coroner's rendering
