Global Change Ecology

Human causes of global-scale changes in climate, air and water resources, and biodiversity, and impacts on people; approaches to addressing these problems that promote sustainable societies. Graduate students will attend lectures with undergraduates taking BIOL 440 but will be expected to attend weekly discussions of primary literature and course material. In addition, graduate students will be expected to write a literature review on a topic relevant to the course subject matter
