Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner I
This course is an introduction to the acute care of adult-gerontology patients. Emphasis is placed on health promotion, health protection, problem identification, and management of complex health problems. The advanced practice nurse's role will be examined both as an individual practitioner and as a member of a collaborative interprofessional healthcare team
