Environmental Sustainability and Social Change

This course provides an overview of U.S. environmental history from both policy and movement perspectives. While the initial focus will be U.S.-based, the course will also examine the global pictures as regards climate change. Key areas such as environmental sustainability and the emergent solutions to the "wicked problems" associated with improving and saving our environment will be explored
