Rock Climbing Int/Adv
The class will build on skills and techniques learned in the beginning rock climbing. Students will work on lead climbing, belaying, anchor systems, as well as safety awareness and proper use of equipment. There will be a focus on learning how to train to improve performance, both power and endurance
