Business Culture and Entrepreneurship in Africa

A study of the institutional practices associated with African business culture and entrepreneurship in local, national, and global spaces. A deep historical approach is taken, covering pre-modern entrepreneurial and business culture; how traditions and cultural practices influence the way Africans conduct business; how these have been shaped by the realities of modernity and globalization; and the challenges facing institutional business practices and entrepreneurs in Africa and its emerging market economies.
