Business Law II

The study of the Uniform Commercial Code. Topics include: commercial paper, bank deposits and collections, letters of credit, documents of title, secured transactions, creditors rights and bankruptcy, agency law, employment law and government regulation of business, business organizations and securities regulation, real and personal property, insurance, wills, trusts, and estates.
