Electronic Devices

This course is an introduction to semiconductor-based devices such as diodes, bipolar transistors, FETs, thermistors, and related components. Emphasis is placed on analysis, selection, biasing, and applications in power supplies, small signal amplifiers, and switching and control circuits.
