First Aid: Responding to Emergencies

The knowledge and skills associated with being a first responder in case of injury or sudden illness. Qualifying students may receive certifications in: Responding to Emergencies-First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Preventing Disease Transmission (Bloodborne Pathogens Training), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Open to all students during Summer session. Not accepted for those wanting the Athletic Training major. There is a $20 additional course fee.
