Computational Solid Mechanics
Project-based. Computational methods using the finite element analysis (FEA) applied to linear elastic and non-linear problems in the mechanics of deformable solids and structures, contact mechanics, and fracture mechanics. Hands-on computational experience using a commercial FEA software.
