Max Leadership Potential
Students implement the individualized leadership plan developed in the course OT 482, Leadership Exploration. Students apply leadership concepts to a professional scenario and assess the effectiveness. Peer-to-peer mentoring is incorporated. A future leadership plan will be developed.
