×Seattle, Washington•
I've come to really enjoy studying while at UW. If you like school sports, UW has several nationally ranked teams that are a lot of fun to watch. UW also has tons of clubs that you can join to find your community here. One downside to the university is that you do have to apply to your major after about 2 years. This is kind of similar to applying to college, but you will get in to a major if you push through.

I love the diversity, the ample resources that students have, the ability to create your own small community within such a large school is amazing. The advisers are very helpful and encourages contact with them throughout the year. They also are available after you graduate for guidance and help getting into grad school.

I enjoy the professors at UW because I feel that they are very knowledgable in their fields and are very engaging with the students. In addition, it seems like they have a ton of options for extracurricular activities, clubs and sports. Although the campus has a very large student body, it still had the college feel about it. Also, there is a lot of activities to do off campus, in the the city of Seattle, that would make going to college at the UW very fun. Lastly, the only thing that I would change about this school is having more upper class housing closer to the campus and less expensive.

The University of Washington provides a quality education and is a great value for in-state students. The majority of the professors are really good and I love the atmosphere of the campus. It can be easy to feel like a small fish in a big pond, but it forces you to be proactive in finding help in school as well as socially.

Attending the University of Washington allowed me to not only further my education but also allowed me to build strong connections that would last a lifetime. Faculty and staff seem to be understanding and caring during difficult times, and are often willing to work with students to fix problems.

The faculty and staff in speech & hearing sciences are outstanding. All the classes I've taken have been super engaging and there are endless resources if you ever need help with anything.

I like the student dynamic and feel very at home when I am on campus. The UW is also arguably the best university in Washington State, especially for those who want to pursue a career in Business, Medicine, or anything STEM related.

The University of Washington is a great school overall. I received my undergrad from the university, I've been working at the university since, and now I'm going to attend a graduate program. The campus is beautiful, the school is forward thinking, and the instructors are invested in their student's success.
